Damac Properties offers a 75/25 payment plan for Damac Islands Dubai. The payment plan features a 20% down payment followed by a series of installments. The 25% of the total amount is payable at the completion. Here is the breakdown of the Damac Islands Dubai payment plan:

Down Payment:

The villa and townhouse can be booked by paying the initial amount of 20% as a down payment. The homebuyers and investors have to deposit this payment immediately.

Series of Installments:

There are a total of 40 installments that allow buyers to manage their finances effectively. These monthly installments span up to 41 months from the booking date. The 1st to 39th installments cover a major portion of the payment which is 55% of the total amount.

The value of each monthly installment is 1% except the 6th, 12th, 18th, and 24th installments. The 1st to 5th installments comprise 1% of the total amount and are payable within 3 to 7 months from the sale. The 6th installment requires a payment of 5% and is due within 8 months from the booking date. Installments 7 to 11 each require 1% and can be paid between 9 to 13 months. The 12th installment requires payment of 1% and is due within the 14th month from the booking date. The 13th to 17th installments, each of 1% are payable from 15 to 19 months from the sale.

Additionally, pay 5% of the total amount for the 18th installment within the 20th month from the booking date. From the 19th to 23rd installments, each price is 1% and payable from 21 to 25 months from the sale. The 24th installment costs 5% and will paid within the 26th month from the booking date. From the 25th to the 39th installment, pay 1% each within 27 to 41 months from the sale.

At Handover:

The 40th installment is payable on the completion of the construction of the property. The value of the installment is 25% of the total amount.

Note:

In addition to the initial deposit, the buyers have to pay 4% DLD.
